Picking Freight Photos That Stand Out From Your Competition

For whatever reason, the freight industry has not historically placed importance on the creative when we work in one of the coolest industries in the world.

I can’t tell you how many freight websites I’ve seen where technology images look like this:

Or supply chain and logistics images that are clearly photoshopped like this:

And don’t even get me started on North American trucking companies using pictures of European trucks in their marketing. It drives me nuts. 

These photos might have been unique 10 years ago but nowadays, if a freight company does have a website, these are the images that are chosen simply based on lack of supply or knowledge.

The problem with this tactic is if you want your company to stand out or be unique, the creative is your variable to success. (s/o to Gary Vee for that line). If you have the same photos as all the other freight companies, how do you expect to initially stand out?
