Does Agendize support various scheduling modes?
Yes. Agendize does cover all scheduling modes from one-on-one to classroom bookings. Select one of the scheduling modes to set up the location according to the need.
What countries does this product work in?
Agendize Online Appointment Booking does not restrict by country.
What languages are supported?
Available in eight different languages including: English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch.
Which calendars does the Online Appointment Booking sync with?
Built-in calendar connectors include: Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Windows Live and Microsoft Outlook.
What happens after this product is activated?
After activating this product for your client, they will get access to the Agendize Dashboard, where they can create a customized widget, and easily embed onto their website.
Is the widget customizable?
Yes. Based on the client’s specifications, the booking widget can be customized to display photos, services, pricing, time zones, hours of operation and much more.
How does the installation of the booking widget work?
Once the widget (user-interface) is customized to your specifications, the app can be added to a website with a simple HTML code or through an iframe. The widget can also be added to a Facebook page, as a hyperlink in an email signature, or a QR code.

Form Builder

What languages are supported?
Currently, the platform is available in the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Danish, Italian and Dutch.
Can responses from Form Builder be received via email?
Yes, Form responses can be sent to one or multiple email addresses.
How does the installation of Form Builder work?
Once the form is customized to your business’s needs, it can be added to a website with a simple HTML code, through an iframe or a direct URL within an email.

Google Listing Claim

How long will the claiming call take?
The initial call should take less than 20 minutes. Follow up calls may be required, depending on whether the listings have been previously claimed.
Do I have to be at the business to claim my listings?
Yes, the claiming process requires us to send a phone call to the primary business line.
Can I use a cell phone to claim my listings?
No, the claiming call must go to the primary business line.
Can I use a different address to claim my listings?
No, the claiming process requires us to send a physical postcard to your business address that is shown on the listing.
I have multiple businesses. Can I complete all of their claiming calls at the same time?
The claiming process requires us to send a phone call to the primary phone line of each business, so we ask that you are physically at each business for its designated claiming time.
When will my listings be correct?
The process of claiming and correcting your listings can take up to 90 days.
Can I have a different call tracking number on each listing?
You can, but it will have a negative impact on your SEO. Search engines and data providers seek consistency, so providing conflicting data will create confusion around your listing.
What can I do to make correcting my listings easier?
Providing consistent information is the best way to improve your SEO and make the correction of your listings easier. The biggest barriers to correcting your listings are having conflicting information on your website or providing information that disagrees with your local postal service.
We have claimed Google and Yelp - now what?
Once these two are claimed, our team will update your business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, and website. You may choose to add further information like business details, history, or photos.
What is a Google My Business account?
Google My Business is the dashboard that houses your business information within Google. From here you can input information that reflects on Google Maps, respond to reviews from clients, and publish updates to your Google+ page.
What are the restrictions concerning Yelp multi-location claiming?
If you have more than 10 locations, we are unable to offer multi-location claiming due to restrictions set in place by Yelp.

Do I own my domain name?
If you use an existing domain to build a site with us, you will retain ownership of that domain.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your website and can export a copy at any time.
What does this solution include in the month cost?
Everything you will need for a website is included in this cost—hosting, SSL certificates, *.websitepro.hosting domain, unlimited storage, migration plugin, unlimited backups, unlimited traffic, domain setup, custom templates, and support. You can host any website for this price—there are no restrictions or limits.
Are WordPress plugins and themes restricted?
There are no restrictions on plugins or themes—any plugin or theme can be added into Website Pro. Website Pro has its own migration, security, and backup tools, so we discourage using other plugins for these features.

Our strategists need to receive all additional information by the 15th calendar day of the preceding month.
When will I get my posts?
Our team begins drafting the posts as soon as we hear from you regarding content for the month. From that day, please allow approximately 10 business days for our team to prepare the posts for you.
I already approved my posts, but I have an event coming up that I'd like to highlight on my social media. What can I do?
Our team is able to create additional posts for a fee. Please contact your Sales Representative for pricing.
How can I see what the post will look after it is posted?
After receiving your approval, our team will schedule your posts in the Social Marketing dashboard. There, you can see a preview of your posts!
I'm not seeing any social posts this month. What's going on?
Our team is unable to schedule posts without your approval. Please ensure you have approved your posts for the month!
I don't like some of the posts. Can I just get the whole month re-done?
Our service allows for up to 4 posts to be re-written per month. If you would like to find a different direction for your posts, please bring it up with one of our strategists during your monthly content call!
Why do you call me for social content every month?
We want to ensure your posts stay as relevant as possible, both to your industry and your business. Plus, it’s great to spread the word on any news within your business!
I already planned my social strategy for more than a month. Can I just tell it to you now?
Certainly! The more information you can give our team, the better posts they will be able to plan and write.
I'm not seeing any new likes on my page. Why not?
Our main service does not include increasing your page following. Rather, we want the posts to organically drive increased traffic to your social media pages.
Can I continue posting to my social pages?
Of course! We encourage you to continue posting on your business’s social pages if you wish. We are simply there for extra content and consistent posts.
Why aren't Google My Business and Instagram posting included in this service?
Although the product we use to create and post has the ability to post to these platforms, the procedures are much more involved. Managed posting to Google My Business is currently not available, but Instagram is available as an add-on to this service.

Website Creation: Basic 3 Page Site

What is included in the required monthly fee?

Maintenance of a Basic 3 Page site include:

  • Unlimited text changes to existing content.
  • Up to 15 image changes per month to existing images.

All sites are hosted with Website Pro and include:

  • daily backups
  • managed WordPress hosting
  • built-in reporting

Note:

  • Any additional images/product changes beyond the included will be charged at a per product/image rate.
  • Any new functionality changes to sites will need to be scoped out and charged at a per hour rate.
  • The monthly charge DOES NOT include maintaining or integrating emails.
What is Responsive design?

Responsive design means that your website will adapt to whatever screen size your potential customer is utilizing; be it a cell phone or a television.

What happens during the initial consultation call?
Within 3-5 business days, the Digital Agency team will conduct the initial consultation call to go over; desired color scheme and logo, domain name preferences, sample sites that we recommend, review the provided marketing materials, as well as home page layout requirements, tabs and pages, features, images and graphic ideas.
What does the timeline look like for this process?
  • Initial Consultation – 3- 5 Business Days

The agency will conduct a consultation call with the customer, to gather additional information is needed to complete the setup.

  • First Mock – 15 Business Days

Based on the information provided during the consultation call, our developers will design a template mockup, which includes your chosen color scheme and logo, images.

  • Second Mock – 15-25 Business Days

Once the mockup is approved, we will build out the site and populate it with industry-specific content. We will also provide industry-specific images if none are supplied.

  • Site Publication – 20-25 Business Days *after the deliverables have been submitted.

Landing Page Completion and Optimization: We will complete the look and feel of the site with site optimization tasks.

You are Now Live and on the World Wide Web: You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your landing page and contact information for your local digital team and developers for changes and updates.

What kind of changes can I submit?
The Basic 3 page package includes unlimited text changes and 15 image changes monthly.
What can I do to make this project a success?

Can we use an already existing domain?
One of our website experts will walk you through the process of pointing your domain name to the new website.
What form of SEO is included for my website?
We use a highly-rated SEO WordPress plug-in for your website.
Can my website include a contact form? What about Call-To-Action modules? Or slideshow?
There are many options available. Our skilled designers will help you realize your vision for your website.
Do you provide stock images?
We can provide stock images if requested. However, we recommend using professional images of your business, products, and services to create a more personalized website.
Is e-commerce available with this package?
E-commerce is only available on Advanced 10 Page Site packages and up.
What are the limits for word count on each page?
The word count limit for each page is 1000 words. Additional text will be charged on a 1-1000 word count basis. (ex: 3500 words on one page would be a charge of 4 pages.) Minor overages may be accepted in certain circumstances.
